Forming, Pressing & Swaging

Formed tubular components are manufactured on fully programmable hydraulic presses, with hydraulic cushion/ejector. 10 to 160 Tonne loads with a 800mm maximum stroke.

Simple swages/reductions are achieved on our 110 Tonne finger-swaging machines and our Double-Blow 100 Tonne Pushpointer.

By utilising these processes we have the ability to achieve large changes in diameter, from standard tube sizes.
